Frannie Miller

Frannie Miller is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Business at New Mexico State University. She is an NMSU alum, with a B.S. in Animal Science and an M.S. in Agricultural Economics. Her Ph.D. is from University of Texas at Dallas in Public Policy and Political Economy.

Her current research focus is on the impacts and spread of foreign animal diseases. With production experience in dairy and beef livestock, she has a particular interest in applied research projects. Prior to returning to New Mexico, she taught Economics for 12 years at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
