Agribusiness management and marketing
Jay Lillywhite is a professor within the department and Associate Dean/Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station (AES) for the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences (ACES). He joined the Department in 2003 after graduating from Purdue University. His areas of expertise include agribusiness management, business feasibility, and marketing. He has taught courses in risk management (derivatives), financial management, and financial modeling. His research has included explorations of consumer preferences, market development, and business feasibility.
